Features
The 532 Free Ride is designed to fit most bike frame sizes, including mountain bikes, road bikes and children's cycles. It is totally reliable, robust and extremely functional and offers easy quick mounting with no loose parts to lose! Two matching Thule locks are provided,one to secure the bike to the FreeRide and the other to lock the FreeRide to the roof bar as shown below. When the frame holder is raised up it stays upright in position which makes single handed loading and unloading of the bike a truly simple operation. Front and rear wheel holders with adjustable quick release straps allow bikes with different wheel sizes to be fitted. A set of T-Track adapters are included to allow fitment to the T-Track of Thule Wingbars.

Free delivery on orders over £150 applies to UK Mainland addresses only. Due to additional postage charges to Non-UK mainland addresses such as Northern and Republic of Ireland, offshore islands and Scottish Highlands, free postage cannot be offered. Postage rates will be shown at checkout when delivery location is selected. Some very large items can only be sent to UK Mainland locations.
Despatch/Delivery takes place between Monday and Friday (not including Bank Holidays). We aim to despatch orders on the same day if placed before 2pm on weekdays. However, in peak times we cannot guarantee this unless an express postage option is selected.
Availability / Estimated Delivery Times. We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and try to dispatch orders within the quoted time. If there is a delay, we will inform you of this via email and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately. Delivery times are estimated based on courier service selected. We will despatch the goods on the service selected but accept no responsibility if your order is delivered later than the estimated dates shown.
You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time, just contact info@roof-bars.co.uk with your order number.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches you. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are the purchasers responsibility.

Refund policy If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 30 days of making a purchase. Items must be returned un-used and in original packaging. See returns policy for more info.
Proof of purchase To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
